Investment Banking Full-Time Analyst

Healthcare Growth Partners is seeking a Full-Time Investment Banking Analyst for its Houston office.

As a boutique firm, HGP serves a select client base with a high-performance team. This role will provide the candidate with substantial client exposure, senior level attention and mentorship, and active participation in the firm’s engagements, as well as the opportunity to advance within the organization. Stylistically, we take a team-based, scrum management approach to everything we do, giving every member of the firm a feeling of ownership over the end work product. As such, candidates should be comfortable jumping between projects frequently and be quick to identify new opportunities to contribute when time allows. Culturally, HGP is the antithesis of the traditional image of an “investment bank”. We strive for work-life balance and aim to create a culture that rewards efficiency and respects personal boundaries, with the philosophy that a career should enable rather than define a person. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Information can be found at www.hgp.com
